Your package will be delivered within 2-7 working days after you place an order. We ship our packages with UPS and a signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around for the delivery of your package, the carrier will try 2 more times to deliver the package. Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched and we will not ship your package again if you weren’t able to collect your package.
Unsuitable items may be refunded within 7 days of the items delivery date. Before you issue a return, you must notify us within 24 hours. The item(s) must be returned undamaged with their labels attached.
Faulty Items: Any items that are classified as faulty due to wiring shortages, issues in fabric or manufacturing errors will have a 6 month return period. Shipping charges will be refunded back to you. Any damage that was caused from general wear and tear is not considered faulty.
To return your order, please fill in the complete return form you have received and attach it to your package.
Please Note: Always include your order number(s) when you make a return with us.
Required for Return: The clutch, both long and short chains, Poison Jam tag, driver, and the Poison Jam box must be included in returned package.
Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Any item in unsuitable condition (outside of a faulty items claim) will be sent back to you. A refund of the returned goods will be made within 14 days to the card you used for the original purchase. Shipping costs are on your expense. Since we are not responsible for any returned items that fail to be delivered to us by choice of carrier, we recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you a proof of posting.
Additionally, we urge you to take proper care of your bags along with their drivers. Any accidents regarding the bag or it's driver will not be covered by our return policy.
