Payments, Delivery, and Returns


Payment

Payment can be made securely online. By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct.

Delivery

Most orders will be shipped within 7 business days from the date of your order excluding weekends and holidays; tracking is included with all orders. We will contact you if there is a delay or if items are out of stock. If your item is out of stock, we will issue a refund to the card that was used to purchase the item. 

We ship our packages with UPS and a signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around for the delivery of your package, the carrier will try 2 more times to deliver the package. Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched and we will not ship your package again.

 

Returns

Unsuitable items may be refunded within 7 days of the items delivery date. Before you issue a return, you must notify us within 24 hours. The item(s) must be returned undamaged with their labels attached. 

Please Note: Always include your order number(s) when you make a return with us.

Required for Return: The clutch, both long and short chains, Poison Jam® tag, driver, and the Poison Jam® box must be included in returned package.

Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. A refund for all returnable goods will be made immediately. It will then take 2-14 days for the refund to be posted on the card you used for the original purchase.

Shipping costs are on your expense. Since we are not responsible for any returned items that fail to be delivered to us by choice of carrier, we recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you a proof of posting.

Faulty Items: Any items that are classified as faulty due to wire shortages, issues in fabric or manufacturing errors will have a 6 month return period. All items that qualify for a faulty items claim will either be issued a refund +shipping or issued a replacement as an exchange for the defective item. Both options will be issued a pre-paid shipping label upon return. Any damage that was caused from general wear and tear is not considered faulty.

 

Additionally, we urge you to take proper care of your bags along with their drivers. Any accidents regarding the bag or it's driver will not be covered by our return policy.
